We want your garments to fit like a sonnet, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to help our team identify your order.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the EU.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days and notify you via email.
